These terms cover this website. They are not the enrollment agreement — that is a separate document you would sign later, and nothing on this site replaces it.
Signing up is not a contract
The form on this site is an expression of interest. Submitting it does not enroll your child, does not reserve a legally binding place, and does not charge you anything. We will contact you, and a place is only confirmed once we have spoken and you have agreed to the enrollment terms in writing.
About the prices shown
We publish our prices because we think hiding them is a strange way to treat a parent. As of the date above, the standard rate is $249 a month and the founding rate is $199 a month, billed month to month at 8 sessions a month. There is no term, no enrollment period and no minimum number of months.
Published prices are current at the time of writing and may change. If they do, the price we quote you in writing when you enroll is the one that applies — not this page. The founding rate is limited to the founding places available at each location at the time you enroll.
Opening dates and locations
Palatine is described as opening soon because it is. Dates, venues, class times and availability are our current intention and are not guarantees. If something changes materially before you enroll, we will tell you.
What is on these pages
We describe our own program, and we cite published research to explain why we teach the way we do. Those citations are to other people's work and are quoted for discussion — the researchers have not endorsed us and we do not claim otherwise. Where we compare ourselves to other kinds of program, we are describing categories, not making claims about any named business.
Nothing on this site is educational, psychological or legal advice about your particular child.
Our content
The words, curriculum, design and branding on this site belong to Trainarama. You are welcome to read it, quote a reasonable extract with attribution, and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale to run a competing program.
Using the site
Please do not try to break it: no scraping at volume, no attacking the form, no attempting to reach parts of the site not meant for you. The enquiry form is protected against automated abuse.

We link to research papers and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you
This site is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate but we do not promise it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — and, to be clear, this section is about the website. It has nothing to do with our responsibilities to a child in our care, which are dealt with in the enrollment agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
