We collect an email address. That is genuinely it.

Last updated 25 September 2026

The short version

  • We collect what you type into the form: your name, your email, your child's age and, optionally, your phone and ZIP code.
  • We use it to contact you about a place in the program. Nothing else.
  • We use Google Analytics to count visits, Microsoft Clarity to see where people get stuck, and the Meta pixel because we advertise on Instagram. All set cookies. Nothing is sold.
  • We never sell or share your details, and we never send marketing you didn't ask for.
  • Email us and we delete everything we hold about you.

Who we are

Trainarama is an after-school AI learning center for children, opening in Palatine, Illinois. If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, email contactus@trainarama.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the "enroll now" form, plus one technical detail:

  • Your name and email address. Required — we cannot reply otherwise.
  • Your phone number. Optional. Leave it blank and nothing changes.
  • Your child's age. So we can tell you whether the program suits them.
  • Your ZIP code. Optional. So we know which part of the area families are coming from, and where to open next.
  • Which advert or link brought you here. A short campaign tag, so we know which of our own pages is working.

Analytics, and what we do not do

Two tools, and it is worth being exact about what each one does.

Google Analytics counts how many people visit, which pages they read and which link or advert brought them. It sets a cookie and tells us nothing about you as a person — we see totals, not names. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before we ever see a report.

Microsoft Clarity shows us where people get stuck: which parts of a page get read, and a replay of how a visit moved through the site. It is how we find out that a button is in the wrong place. Clarity masks what you type by default, so form fields — your name, your email, your child's age — are hidden from the recording rather than captured. We use it to fix the site, not to watch anyone.

The Meta pixel is on the site because we advertise on Instagram and Facebook, and it is the only way to know whether an advert actually brought anyone rather than just spent money. It tells Meta that a visit happened and, if you complete the form, that an enquiry happened — not what you typed. It also means Meta can show our advert again to someone who visited and did not get in touch.

That enquiry is reported twice, once from your browser and once from our server, because browsers frequently block the first. Both carry the same reference so Meta counts one enquiry, not two. The server copy sends Meta's own cookies, your IP address and your browser version, and nothing else — specifically not your name, your email, your ZIP code or your child's age, none of which we pass to Meta by either route.

That is the extent of it. There is no Google Ads remarketing tag, and no data of any kind is sold or passed to a broker. We do not know who you are until you fill in the form and tell us.

If you would rather not be counted, any browser's do-not-track or tracking-protection setting will stop it, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere. Clarity honours the same browser tracking-protection settings, and Meta's ad preferences let you limit what it uses your activity for.

Your child

Children do not use this website and we do not knowingly collect anything from them through it. The age on the form is a number you provide about your own child, not information gathered from the child.

Our classroom program has not opened yet. When it does, enrollment will come with its own agreement covering what we hold about a student and how consent works — that is a separate document and it is not this one.

What we do with it

We contact you about a place in the program: class times, start dates, and answers to whatever you asked. We do not add you to a general mailing list, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else can see it

Six suppliers, each doing one job, none of them permitted to use your details for their own purposes:

  • Vercel — hosts this website.
  • Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to us by email.
  • Google Workspace — our email, so any reply we send passes through it.
  • Google Analytics — counts visits to this site.
  • Microsoft Clarity — shows us which parts of a page people struggle with.
  • Meta — tells us whether an Instagram or Facebook advert brought you here, from your browser and from our server.

We do not sell your details and we do not rent them. Meta is told that a visit or an enquiry happened so we can tell whether an advert worked; it is never sent your name, your email or anything else you typed. Nothing goes to a data broker. There is no circumstance in which we would.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear you are not enrolling and a year has passed — whichever comes first.

Getting your data back, or deleted

Email contactus@trainarama.com and ask. We will tell you exactly what we hold, correct it, or delete it. No form, no account to log into, no proving your identity three times. We aim to reply within a few days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms and are not stored in a database on this site. We keep the number of people with access to that inbox as small as it can be.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
